Frosty® Shop & Find Your Frosty® BFF Quiz

For nearly 50 years, Frosty® has been the beloved iconic swirl. It’s a noun, a verb, maybe even an adverb (don’t quote us, we’re not English majors). People have dipped, sipped, and spooned the Frosty® as snack, sweet treat, or even a fry-sidekick condiment.

With the launch of the Frosty Shoppe, we gave Frosty® the spotlight it deserves revamping the experience with fresh new swirls, fusions, and even a personality quiz that let fans discover their “Frosty BFF.” The results? Pretty sweet:

 

  • 93% engagement rate in just 50 days (matching Thin Mints Frosty performance)

  • 146% increase in engaged sessions compared to the Thin Mints Frosty page

  • 94% quiz engagement rate, proving interactive content kept fans hooked

  • 19.4 pp increase in engagement rate over the previous Frosty campaign

  • Nearly 185K fans took the quiz, driving both discovery and delight

 

 In short: we turned Frosty® from just a dessert into a destination. And fans showed up for it.
